video decompressor file problem, please help

What the hell man, I just downloaded reign of fire the movie, took like 2 days off and on. I open it and it comes up with this error "Unable to download an appropriate decompressor" you can hear the audio, but no video. I tried quick time, realone video, windows media player. they all say the same thing, but don't give me a update compressor option, wtf is wrong? it's a avi file

The decompressor, a file that enables you to play multimedia content and should have installed automatically, failed to install. (Error=80040200)
