Viagra or Cialis??

Which do you prefer and please state your reasons!

I'll start, only tried viagra at 50mg and didn't have much effect! Gonna do 100mg (whole tab) next time round.
 
I've used both and prefer Cialas. Why? Because it works when you want it to work. You get horny on Cialis..you get hard. Viagra...you'll be hard for no fucking reason. And the headaches and flush face are much worse on Viagra as opposed to Cialis. Cialis will do the same...but not so fucking bad as Viagra. One thing that I don't like on Cialis is the somewhat ( from to time to time ) lower back pain I get. It isn't bad...but gets annoying. I've learned through trial and error that Cialis works best in the fashion for me. They say take it 15 min prior to sex? Well the way I do it is that I take it right before going to bed LATE Friday night. That way if I get stuffy nose or flush face etc etc...it all happens in my sleep. When i wake up...it's as if nothing ever happend. I can then function all Saturday and all Sunday long. Erections come when you want them. And they come hard and strong without headaches. I used to take Cialis the recommened way and just suffered too much. Especially during sex!
 
I've used both and I think i'm going to stick with viagra. At only 20mg Cialis gave me labored breathing and really bad back and neck pain. I took it mid day and by the next day I couldn't turn my head to the left or right without pain. Cialis gave my erection a boost but not as much as Viagra. It's true that Cialis last longer, but I feel the side effects on Viagra aren't anywhere near Cialis for me. Most of the friends I know who take Viagra are looking to score with a hooker or going to an amp and pop atleast twice without any effort. They use Cialis if they're spending a weekend with their girlfriend and have a lot time. Since I had labored breathing with Cialis, it may be that i'm mildly allergic so take that for what it's worth.
 
Try taking it before bed. I do and wake up not feeling the sides. But I do get what you get trial, but only if I take it during the day.

Just remember, they say it lasts for 36 hours. They are fucking right. I'd say the shit works great for 30 hours after taking it. After the 30th hour, it seems to fade away little by little. Just make sure you take it really late Friday night. That is if you know your going to be with a girl both Saturday and Sunday. Just last week I took 25mg's of it at around 1:30am Friday night. Or should I really say Saturday morning. I did wake up around 5am with a stuffy nose to go pee. But I got back to bed and knocked out. Woke up at 9:30 and all was cool. I didn't engage in sex until 3:00am that night. And Cialis was working fucking awesome!!! I then had sex the next day at around 2pm and it still worked pretty well. But then I had sex again at 11pm and didn't really seem to work at all. I think I was in my normal erection state at that time.
 
My experience is also virtually the same as Carths. I actually find that it works much better for me at least 12 hours after taking. Only sides I get are stuffy nose. The stuff is the shit as far as I am concerend. Turns me into an 18 year old again with repeated hard ons from virtually any woman lol. I love the fact it last for several days and requires much less planning than viagra. That whole four hour window thing with V sux. It also did not come close to the same effects for me as Cialis
 
Cialis! God! If it could only work for a full 48 hours without the stuffy nose and slight back ache ( from to time time )...then it would be the shit!
 
Since C came out, I’ve never gone back to V. Speaking of tad; I subscribe to Consumer Reports online, and lookie what I came across. All in the name of research. :FRlol:

The latest drug approved for treating erectile dysfunction, tadalafil (Cialis), has been dubbed the “weekender” because it’s effective up to 36 hours, compared with the 4-hour duration of its competitors, sildenafil (Viagra) and vardenafil (Levitra). That allows couples more leeway in choosing when to have sex, though whether or not more than one encounter per dose will be successful has not yet been studied, ads say. The drug’s prolonged efficacy may become a liability, however, if the drug causes adverse effects or interacts with other drugs.

All three medications work by dilating blood vessels, particularly in the penis, thereby increasing the blood flow needed to create an erection when there’s enough stimulation. And they are all effective for about three-fourths of users.

The three drugs have not been compared directly. But in separate clinical trials, tadalafil was the only one more likely than a placebo to cause muscle aches and back pain--although those side effects rarely caused participants to stop using the drug. Like other long-lasting medications, any side effects of tadalafil are likely to persist longer than those of the other drugs. And less is known about tadalafil’s long-term safety than sildenafil’s. On the plus side, tadalafil appears to be much less likely to cause the “blue vision”--a temporary shift in color perception--experienced by 2 to 3 percent of sildenafil and vardenafil users.

Like the other drugs, tadalafil should not be used by men who have a high risk of heart attack or stroke. It should also be avoided by those who take nitrates, such as isosorbide (Isordil, Nitrobid), to treat angina, and those who take alpha-blockers, such as prazosin (Minipress) and terazosin (Hytrin), to treat hypertension or prostate symptoms. One exception: Studies show that tadalafil can be taken safely with up to 0.4 milligrams per day of the alpha-blocker tamsulosin (Flomax).

For now, our medical consultants recommend sticking with sildenafil whenever possible, since it has the longest safety record. Men who opt for the increased convenience of tadalafil should understand that they may face longer-lasting or unknown adverse effects.

re viagra flushing, i had one girl stop and ask me if i was allright- she thought i was going to have a heart attack because my face & upper chest were tomato red.

p.s. any AAS or ancillaries that lower estrogen lots will cause more flushing to occur, also any progesterone or progesterone mimicking stuff (like deca & tren) will cause more flushing.

more estrogen (dbol...) less flushing.

I dont think most of the guys here have any real problems...they are just a bunch of envelope pushers...:D

So while your regular car is nice to drive most of the time every now and then its nice to get behind the wheel of something with a little more power ;)
 
yeah, same here, my face gets really flushing with viagra...
But as stated i would choose viagra if i just want to spend a coupla hours with a hooker or a new girl i met but when it comes to spending the weekeng with my regular girlfriend, cialis all the wayyyyyyyyyy!!!
 
Viagra gives me insane woods while Cialis is smooth. I'd pick Cialis cause it's almost side free.

I occasionally use it if my estrogen/test balance during cycle causes Mr. Happy not to be quite as hard as usual. But in my experience here are the pros & cons:

Cialis: Pro - Erections seem to be of normal hardness and duration
- Supposed to last for 3 days, (usually lasts closer to 4)
Con - Causes a mild stuffy nose, which also last for 3-4 days

Viagra: Pro - Erections are harder, more intense, and last longer than cialis.
(I often retain a full erection even after ejaculation).
- The stuffy nose only last for 4-6 hours rather than 4 days like cialis
Con - After about 4-6 hours, you're done so dosage timing can be critical

My personal preference is Viagra. It turns me into superman between the sheets as far as ability to keep going and going and going... But I REALLY like the fact that I don't have to walk around with a stuffy nose for 4 days with Viagra.
 
how long does it usally take for the v get started for you guys?
do you take 100mg or 50mg?i found 50mg does really nothing for me.

Funny, story from a friend of mine, he popped a 100mg tab not knowing what he was doing to himself!!! :FRlol:

Ive got scripts for both,44yrs old. For me the viagra gives a harder erection than cialis. The red face from the v is aweful. I have a shaved head & my face & whole head turn red. Ive got the "why are u so red, are u ok? you werent red like that earlier" comments lol. Stuffy nose & dry mouth with it to. I get the 100mg viagras & cut them in half so I get double the qty. The 50mg does just as much as the 100's for me. The extra time frame with the cialis is nice though & the sides arent as bad with it but if I had to choose Id stick with the viagra. Glad I dont have to choose...I got lots of both :)
 
Cialis for me last way way longer and I get hard when I need to. makes me horny also.
Viagra feels stronger, I get much much harder and only last for 4 or 5 hours.

For when you need something quick,,, VIAGRA. Kicks in fast and works for 4-6 hours.
Cialis works best when you have something planned later. It works great but takes about 3-4 hrs to kick in for me,,BUT will last up to 36 hours.
