F FRC21 New member Oct 13, 2005 #1 Never taken the stuff before. I have a 100 mg tab and was wondering whats the best way to take it. Split it in half? Dissolve under tongue? Swallow the whole pill? Whats the most effective way. thanks

PBR New member Oct 14, 2005 #2 half it....empty stomach for about 20-30 min...then eat if you have to. watch drinking alcohol it can give mad headaches...
