im 165 and under 10 bf but i look like im about 7-6 %bf. i have a very small frame and look very muscular for my frame. i have taken a few cycles in the past and have grown from 125 to 165 in the last few years. my sycles have been very moderate but i did one big one with 1g of sus for 8 or so weeks with d-bol 50 mg for the first 4 weeks. i also took winny for the last 4 weeks cause i had it in my closet. i gained the same anount off all the cycles, same form the big ones and same from the more moderate cycles. heres my new w/o routine.
monday: uper body, 4 sets per body part 100 percent intensity
wednsday: lower body, 4 sets per body part
friday: upper, 4 sets and same intensity
rest weekend and start over with the lower body.
a few friends who have grown like oxen have gotten me on this routine of high intensity and low volume. that way your body has time to recove and train again so fast.
my new cycle will look like this since ive grown the same from low dosages and high dosages of the same stuff.
wk1-12 test prop 300mg
wk1-10 deca or EQ 300mg
wk8-12 winny 50mg ed
clomid therapy and nolvas on hand in case of emergency
this cycle i think will keep my water down and get my strenght up in turn ill grow as long as i keep my calorie count up and get 200g of protein per day spaced out in 6 meals!
