I am 32 yo, 5' 9", 200 lbs @ about 13% BF. I am going to run my next cycle with the goal of packing on as much "lean" mass as possible while trying to avoid the pillsbury doughboy look.
Cycle will consist of:
50 mgs Anadrol/ day, week 1-3
100mgs Proprionate/ day, weeks 1-2 (frontload) and 10-12 (leading into PCT)
500 mgs Enanthate/ week, weeks 1-10
50 mgs Trenbolone/ day, weeks 1-10
50 mgs Winstrol/ day, weeks 6-12
HGH @ 3ius, building to 4ius/day through cycle and beyond
I also have the necessary ancillaries for cycle and PCT (i.e. nolvadex, clomid, aromasin, dandelion root, B6 etc.)
I want to make sure my diet is in tandem with my goals (as much lean mass as possible).
With the aforementioned in mind, what kind of macronutrient % breakdown and total daily caloric intake is appropriate given my stats? My thoughts are that I should obviously fire up the protein intake to 2g per pound bodyweight and increase the "good" fat intake, while lowering carbohydrates. All thoughts are welcomed and appreciated.

You want as much lean mass as possible? Simple.....

Prop
Proviron
Tren
Winstrol
GH

High protein, low carb, low sodium, low fat diet. Believe you me....not only will you drop in fat but add muscle too. Adding Adrol in there is sure to bloat you up like a MOFO!

2 grams of protein per lb of bodyweight is a good rule of thumb, same one I'm going by now.
with the gh, ramp it up starting at 2iu, if you go up too fast, nasty sides like carpal tunnel will hit you. My training partner alltraps learned that the hard way

Anadrol is notorious for making you look like you have gauze stuffed in your cheeks.

OMFG! Needsize! that shit happend to me this year! I had enough GH to jack up the dose and man was I in pain! All my bones that are connected to joints felt like they were literally rubbing on dry bone! No lube of any sort in between! So fucking painful!!!

I got very little of that as I stayed at each new dose for 3 weeks before bumping it up

I'm going to stay at 2iu for 100 days then 3iu for 100 days.

I would use 30mg of dbol instead of drol. My favorite for the hard lean look is Proviron. Try that at 50mg ed for a month then bump up to 75mg and youll see what Im talking about. Gives a very grainy look.

I think 300g of protein is enough and anymore would be overkill.

Thank you all for your input. Given my stats and the stack I will be running, what daily caloric intake would be recommended. I am lifting four-five times per week (90 min each session) and doing light cardio (walk on treadmill 3xs/ wk). I have been told that I need to run 4,000-4,500 cals/ day. If I ran 400g protein, that only constitutes 1600 cals. I would think that most of my additional cals should come from healthy fats? Thoughts?

I'm not a fan of restricting carbs when you're trying to gain. I think most people go for 2-3 carbs per lb of bodyweight. That would put you up to 3,200-4,000 calories daily. Get the rest from good fats - peanut butter, flaxseed, fish oil, hemp oil.

400g protein is overkill, I doubt your body will use that much. Think back to the 50's. Do you really think those guys were eating that much protein, and they were big. It's like saying more gear will give you better results, try 500mg of test vs 2000g of test. Get my point?

that depends on the individual. It used to be that I didnt need that much protein, but at the point I am at now, I need around 2 grams per lb of bodyweight, or my growth stops cold. I have always been a hard gainer, and its gotten worse the bigger I have gotten, and at this point eating that much protein is the only way I can keep adding mass

who was as big as Nassar or Ruhl or Ronnie or any of today's pro's... Who was big in the fifties?

anyway, more gear will give you better results. Period. 2000mg of test works better than 500mg of test.

400g of protein is not overkill while on. Juice will make your protein synthesis go up. You want the extra calories. You may not use all of it, but you will use more if you take in more (to an extent, too much of any macronutrient will lead to fat gain). 400g of protein spread throughout the day isn't bad. If you eat 8 meals a day you're shooting for around 50g a meal.
