how much cals per lbs do you take when you're bulking ?
is your calory intake determinated by the speed of your metabolism or not ?

I'll be bulking the next 7 months trying to gain as much LBM as possible , I was thinking to take 20cals per lbs ... I've also a slow metabolism ... and I'll be "on" for that time
I am usually eating less than that and want your inputs...

Bro I would just eat like a horse. Eat everything in sight, well 20lbs per body weight is plenty of food but I don't know exactly how much u weight but u seem like a big guy. Give me some more info bro. Good luck

Yes,my caloric intake is HIGHLY determined by the speed of my metabolism, which is that of a banana slug's,lol.

For that very reason,I keep the vast majority of my cals from a protein influenced standpoint,as protein requires more energy for the body to assimilate and break down than either fats or carbs.I will keep my protein equally as high,if not higher than my carbs, even while bulking.

High protein, high quality fats and then fill in the rest with carbs. Some good foods for good fats: English Walnuts, Flax Oil, Avocados (Florida version), Olives and Olive Oil, Sardines and fish oil. I personally think the key is to have good quality food every couple of hours. Avoid catabolism like the plague. I even wake up around 2:30 AM for a protein shake and a Zone bar. You could do that and on top of that add some flax. But I think it's a mistake to eat junk, even when bulking. It is possible, and much better for you, to keep it clean even when eating every 2 or 2.5 hours. Good luck bro.

should a 45% proteins/35% carbs/20% fat be good ? that's what I think I'll do ...

That would work okay for me personally. If you feel lethargic or lack of pumps,up the carbs slightly.

I'll ... I'll also add glucorell...and i forgot : GH will be in the party too !!
