Very mild cycles .... experiences.

Sorry i can't give you the "kept ## lbs" results but i can tell you i am 2 days into shot 6 of a 250mg sust/week cycle.

Up to 185 lean from 175 fatter.

Got 4 shots left. Start next week I'm adding 4 shots of deca (for joints) and 50mg winny/ed for 4 weeks. Also using glucosomine w/chonditron. (supplements)

I will let you know the final.
 
I'm in my third week of 15mg/day of oxandrolone and I've gained 7 lbs. so far. Is that low enough a dosage for you? :)
 
HOLY SHIT DTOX..that's fucking awesome, good job bro. What's your diet like? Anysides? Is this your first cycle? What kind of ox are you using?

Yes, it can be done as long as diet and training are 100%. You will get less sides and can gain just as much IMO. I wouldn't do just one of those products alone at such a low dose though, 2-3 like test, deca/primo etc. in low dose will work synergistically together.

My diet isn't anything to brag about. But I try to eat 6 meals/day 300-350g protien/day, about 3000 cal/day probably. Ox has really killed my appetite so it's really hard. If it wasn't for the lack of appetite I'm sure I would have gained more.

My sex drive went up through the roof the first 2 weeks. And I felt like my temp was 110 degrees half the time. Both of those sides have ended though. :(

It's my first cycle, and I'm using ttokkyo.
 
The only cycle ill ever do is light ones (or so i thought)...

Last summer i hit Winny @ 50mg EOD for about 8 weeks. I had AMAZING results. I gained about 30 pounds over the summer (20 by eating, 10 from the Winny) and added almost 100 pounds to my bench. I got injured soon after my cycle, and lost alot (kept some though) I thought this summer id try another 'light' cycle, so i ran EQ @ 400mg, im starting week 9 now and im disapointed. I've made some gains, and my strength is up alot, but im not as big as i was last summer.

Don't be fooled by amazing results from your first ever cycle! Most people can do a light cycle to pop there cherry, and if they diet right and train right can get great results, but the second cycle won't be as good as the first!

Next time i plan on stacking the EQ and Winny, and bumping up the dosages of each...
 
I am currently on a mild cycle (IMO) 500test 450dec 350win for 10 and i am loving it. It gave me that boost i needed to blow through a plataeu i hit naturally, i started at 5'10 215 13% and am now at 235 11% and half way in to my cycle, i consider myself lucky for the way my body reacted to the cycle although i have worked hard then a mofo to get here, no one says you need a gram or more of test to be a freak
 
My first cycle was 250mg of sustanon and 350mg of deca,both for 10 weeks.I gained 35 pounds.I kept about 30 pounds.

My second cycle I did 300mg a week of deca and 25mg a day of d-bol,I gained 18 pounds and kept 10.I did the deca for 10 weeks and the d-bol for 5 weeks.
You can definately make good gains on small doses for your first few cycles.If you are going to do small cycles make sure your diet is good,because with small cycles there is no room for error.
