VERY IMPORTANT QUESTION: Don't want to lose what I've worked so hard for....

Thanks for the input fellas. I've decided to do the following. Instead of ending my cycle this week at 8 1/2 weeks, I'm going to continue running my cycle untill I reach 12 weeks. After tommorow I'm going to take at least 9 days completely off from the gym and see how I feel the following Mon. If I feel good I'm going to start lifting again, if I don't feel completely refreshed I'll take a few more days off. I figure by continuing to run the cycle while I rest from the gym, it will help me preserve the strength I've gained.

How does this sound???

I have the same problems,,, my back and elbows are toast, i am planning to take 10 days off after my cycle to give myself a break

This is what i would do..........Don't take 9 days off, go only once a week for about 3 weeks and if you can get on some Deca to help with your pains. Or even OTC stuff that they say converts to Deca.......I noticed when i went to the gym just once a week i felt a lot better and got some serious pumps...and i wasn't "on" anything....Just my .02

You might not want to take those 9 days off completely; go a few times a week and do what you can do. Skip the exercises that hurt, or just lower the weight on them. Do something comparable to active recovery. I don't know if taking those days off completely will be beneficial at all when considering gains. Sometimes taking a week off to rest helps a lot when it comes to pain and keeping in top shape, but I wouldn't take that week off during the same week with the highest chances of losing gains.

Taking off and keeping the cycle going is probably the best idea. But I would still recommend going to the gym at least once during those 9 days and getting a light workout in.

dude, take some time off,
i too am starting to develop some joint pain, and actually just came down with a bit of a cold i think because of pushing myself too hard.
eat like a fucking pig, get as much rest as you can, take a little time off, and re-evaluate your training routine. Maybe use some different exercises for the next 2-3 months(there are plenty of techniques and exercises out there that won't aggravate your present problem) and i guarantee, you'll bounce back.
to slow your progress a little bit for a while now, may alow you to reach higher in the future bro
btw - maybe (if you havn't yet), try some glucosamine and msm, also glutamine, and i would think about using some deca some time
peace bro.
