38 amps of winny should not be a problem. I would also say that if Customs want to bust you , you never would have received the empt package. Now they have nothing on you. Don't sweat it Bro I had 75 amps of test seized once and got the same letter. Nothing ever happened.

Chesty, do you think you may have been scammed? Customs would not put the seizure letter in the same box that your gear was sent in. There was a scam going on a while back where the dealer put a seizure letter in the box and sent it without the gear. Was there green customs tape on your box? Good luck bro!

I would assume so. I got him from a trusted friend. Yes, it had green tape on it, the box was cut open and the tape used to seal it back up and the note was in it.

The box was wrapped in cloth and stitched around the sides. I got the first package no problem.

I have cleaned out my place and I am laying low right now.

Deny everything and you will be ok, of course you know that, but sometimes people forget. In all liklyhood you will hear no more about it. Never have anything shipped to the same addy, but you know that as well.

Customs does do this!
I've had a few packages where they took the amps, left the empty boxes, just to rub it in, and included a seizure letter.
Chicago does this quite often.

I wouldn't worry about 38 amps. I've had over 200 amps seized, and never heard a word. Clean house just to be safe.

Quite frankly I'm surprised that your source didn't break that large of a shipment into smaller ones! I'm glad that you didn't have a controlled delivery! Just be vigilant and safe bro. The fact that you did get a seizure letter probably means they won't be coming after you.

If they were after you there would have been a controlled delivery. Thats the only way to nab you. If it never makes your possesion, they have no case.
An undercover postal inspector along with the local narcotic unit would show up trying to get you to sign for the package, disguised as the delivery company.They put an alarm in the package that sets off when you open it. That's when the pigs come crashing in and get you.
Even if you don't open it or sign they'll still come in. Just deny it. The point is your alright, their cot coming for you.
