i had it for the first time BAD for a week straight. now the past 3 days i'm feeling better/normal but at night i get "foggy" like it's going to come back.

they said i have a sinus infection which would cause vertigo and i also have a slight ringing in the ear. they said that would also cause it. they think it's BPPV. Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. pretty much a crystal came out of a tube and is just taking it's course everytime i move.

its getting better somewhat so that's good.

You can but if you have any suspicion of bpv it should be avoided. People will leave thinking they're fixed and then meclizine over time will make it much worse.
