i tested my vertical box jump a few days ago. any idea what a good vertical box jump would be? I was able to jump 45.5 inches and was wondering how that might compares.
Not sure how it compares to the best in the world but its probably average. Ive seen 55+ and Im sure there are some close to 70. If you had a 45 vertical that would be impressive.
