Veins

This may be a stupid question but....
how do you get your veins bigger? I am 6'2, 210 and i can't see one freaking vein. and when you can they are really skinny. any idea how to make them show and get big and thick?

I have almost the same problem. I can get the veins in my legs and chest to pop out, but I am not able to get the veins in my bicep to show up at all! Who knows. My doctor said that it was just weird genetics.

Lower your bodyfat is one thing, glycerol sometimes helps, but it's temporary. Take 600mg/eq for 10 weeks and front load it for the first 2. If you don't see any veins at that point, you don't have any veins, lol.

Eq and Fina both help ;) Lower the body fat as well but you have to remember, part of it is genetics.

I have very thick skin myself so veins are not easily seen no matter my bf. I have had just about every Doc or nurse who has tried to cut or poke me complain about how thick/touch it is....oh well.

Im a winny/ox/fina cycle. I have some thick skin. My veins have come out pretty good. I have one that goes from wrist, up my bicep to my shoullder. Its only comes out a few days a week :(

Do you guys think that fina kind of covers up the gains of winny?

Do you think drinking milk has anything to do with it? I drink 2 glasses of skim milk at every meal (3) and I can't see any of my veins.

milk has nothing to do with it. I drink about 1 gallon a day and I've got great vascularity. I think it's a combination of bodyfat and genetics.

Yes your bodyfat has to be fairly low most of the time, my veins are more prominent the lower my bodyfat is.

I do know that when I was on Fina my muscles and veins looked remarkable...all the time.

Lack of visible veins is not a genetic defect or "problem",
and has no relation to strength or health.

It's just a visual/ascthetic sp? thing.

I would have to go with the bodyfat lower it if you really need to see the veins. Also getting bigger would push the muscles closer to the skin as well as the veins making you more vascular, but unless your about to compete I wouldn't worry about it right now.
