vein question

if you shoot into a vein by accident is your gear wasted or still absorbed? I hear mixed answers about this

why would I worry about my life being wasted? if I am still around after my shot then obviously it didn't kill me, so the next thing to worry about is my gear

Ijecting into a vein will not kill you unless you inject a large amout of air into a vein so you should be fine but It is a little scary when it happens

how do you know if you shoot yourself in a vein or not? I am just curious don't think that has happened to me before

Can this happen if you see the air bubbles once you puncture and pull on the plunger?

If you hit a vein blood would be visable in the pin!

Once you inject, it is critical to aspirate-pull back on the plunger before you push the plunger and inject.

Once this is done (aspirate) if your are in a vein, blood will be pulled into the syringe.

If you hit a vein.

Simply withdraw the needle, change needles and redirect your injection.
