I am vegetarian too but not this big. I suggest you eat the things you would normally only bigger protions. Load up on yams, oatmeal and brown rice.
 
You have the wrong handle it should read yamhead or carrothead. But really bro wake the fuck up, what beneifits do you think that you are recieveing by not eating meat and fish? Soy is a poor protein which only looks good on paper, it works poorly for building mass.:)
 
My lifting buddy is a hardcore vegetarian. He trains like a madman, but he just doesn't gain like he should. He supplements a lot of protein and he is very dedicated to lifting and the right lifestyle, but I believe he's seriously cheating himself without some type of meat.
 
My buddy is from India and his religion doesnt allow him to eat meat. I was just trying to find some good advice to tell him.
 
Can your buddy eat fish or eggs, milk etc.? If not get him on a high quality protein powder containing whey and other at least one other source. Otherwise I feel that his training will suffer.:)

Take a look at that link. WTF is wrong with that guy's right pec? Implant? Photoshop? Regardless, something is wrong there.

As for loading up on yams, oatmeal and rice, where's the protein there?
