Hello..I am new to the forum so I apologize if this issue has been faced before. I have been a vegetarian (not vegan) for 5 years and I haven't met any other vegetarian bodybuilders. I have a high protein intake because I drink at least 4 protein shakes a day plus I eat 10 egg whites and one ot two yolks a day, plus of course beans nuts etc... I would really appreciate to exchange ideas with other veggie bodybuilders and see what their diets/regimes are.
