I wouldn't exactly call myself a vegetarian anymore because I eat fish now, but I have not eaten red meat or chicken in over 8 years. I am 5' 10" 220 with about 15% BF. I have been 205 at 7% while being a vegetarian and looked much bigger than I do now.

It's nice to actually have some intelligent people in on this convo.......strangman and entropy. I am agaisnt the pointless killing but that's not my prime reason. My family has a history of gastro/intestinal/colon/etc. problems all triggered from eating meat their whole life. It is 100 percent directly proportional as many doctors and other professionals have concluded and proven. It's not common genetic thing to have, but I don't wanna be ignorance because IGNORANCE KILLS. ( a variation on entropy's philosophy) The only animal products I eat are eggs and a little milk.
