Vegetables!

How important are veggies in your diet,in particular while bulking,let me know what kind of veggies you throw in your diet and how much?Thanks.
 
Veggies are extremely important!! I eat yellow & green squash, asparagus, lettuces, raddichio, eggplant, peppers, radishes, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, cucumbers....etc

You need nutrients from diff. sources and the fiber......Plus they look & taste good!!
 
Thanks guys,I finally went and bought a couple bags of birdseye mixed veggies,before this my bulk diet had no veggies and I've been on it for about two months.

Bird's Eye has some great combos!! I love the Asparagus stir fry and all the other stir frys. Very handy....
