Vector Cereal

I have been eating Kellogg's Vector cereal in the morning and it claims to be an excellent source of complex carbs and protein 55g carbs 13g protein per bowl with only 2 or 3g fat. And it tastes really good as well, anyone else try this yet? I havn't heard much about it elsewhere, wondering if it really is as good as it claims.

Sounds good. I will have to go to the food store tomorrow and buy some. I hope it tastes as good as you say it is supposed to. Do you know how much it costs.

It tastes pretty good actually, I know it is available in Canada in the jumbo 800g boxes for like $6 but I couldn't tell you if it is available in the US or not or specific pricing on it.

It taste very good but I prefer to take it with a protein shake(40 g. protein) because 13 g. it's not enough and it is soy protein.
