Ok, so vascularity is a result of:
A. Low BF
B. Muscle density
C. Muscle size
D. Genetics
E. Gear
Do all of these affect it, and which are most important?
I've heard someone suggest that vascularity also develops as a result of routinely pumping the veins in question, independently of other factors. I know personally that my craziest pumps come from reverse curls and the veins that come out then are also the most prominent umpumped, so I wonder if that's true. So do your blood vessels adapt when given huge pumps and become more prominent as a result, or is the increased vascularity a result of other factors? And is there anything that you would add to the list above?
