I was thinking that i need a little advice on varying my workouts more.
Normally i would hit the main body parts one times per week, and do exactly the same workouts week after week, so now i've started to change them slightly. Doing approximetly 5-6 exercises per workout.
Which is best
1/. Keep to the same workouts, and just vary 2-3 exercises per workout, each week.
2/. Do exactly the same workouts for say 3 or 4 weeks then completely change all workouts for another 3-4 weeks. And keep doing that.
I'm personelly like doing #1 as i like to always do good exercises (for example in my chest workout, these would be flat, incline, decline bench press) and then just vary others like dips, dumbbell bench presses, well you know all the others.
