I know a lot of people hit that dreaded plateu. I think im in it right now. I know your supposed to add variety so it shocks the muscle. Is it good to do a differetn workout every week. I only hit each body part once a week, so is it cool to do totally new exercises for each body part?
 
I would find your main exercises for each bodypart and stick with them. Mine would be:

Chest: Bench Press
Back: Chins/Rows/Deadlifts
Legs: Squats
Shoulders: Overhead Press
Biceps: Curls
Triceps: Extensions

I vary the way that I do the exercise often, rep schemes, TUT, ROM, rest, etc....but mostly keep the same main exercise.

Try everything and see what works for you..
