Hey bro's, when is the best time of day to take var,or does it matter?. My gf is about to start her cycle of BTG's and I wanted to know when she should take it. Thanks in advance!

split them up. if your doing 2 tabs a day. 1 in the morning and one in the mid afternoon.

Approximately 10 hour total activity frame,so split them up at least 2-3 times over a 24 hour period.Myself,I prefer to split them in 6 hour intervals to keep blood levels constant,but that's just me.BTG's are the cream of the crop,you're in for some fun.
