Var still has crystals after disolving

Ok, I made my first batch of Anavar. I disolved it in PEG 400 by heating it in water bath until most of the powder disolved. I could not get all of it to disolve. I then added Everclear and when I poured it from the beaker into the bottle the heavy crystals remained on the bottom. The resulting solution was almost clear. Now I still have some crystals, in fact it seems like more than when I made it. They are sticking to the bottom of my dropper bottle. What are these and should I be concerned.

I also made NPP disovled in 2% BA 20% BB and grapeseed oil. What a breeze it disolved extremely easy and has stayed that way.

That's the way anavar is. Heat it before drinking it... it should be fine then.
