Var Results = Temporary

I am having an odd experience with OX / Var. Running 40 / MG ED broken out into 20 MG AM and 20 MG PM. I train in the PM. At the gym i notice big vascularity, huge pumps, and get very motivated with the overall results.

-HOWEVER-

Upon wakening I am smooth as fuck...no vascularity and muscles seem "deflated".

It's as if I can't get the results to "stick". I am 3 weeks in WTF is up??!!:mad:
 
Bro, I wish the pumps could stay all the time too. Remember your muscles grow when they are resting and not when you are working out. Just keep checkin the scale and make sure your diet is clean and your getting enough calories to grow. 2 grams of protein per body pound. A good multi and a nice amino supplement. Eat, lift and rest and you will grow.
 
yeah... I think the "perma-pump" only occurs with your more androgenic drugs...

Var did make me feel pumped up a bit more than usual throughout the day, but not like when I was in the gym...

I think you will find that the gains you make with Var, however, will not be temporary.
 
also... and someone correct me if you feel I am wrong... I would take the Var in more doses, spread out... as in 10mgs/4 times a day... or 5mgs/8 times a day... seems like you would have a more even concentration of the drug circulating throughout the day.

2 grams per lb? if a 200 lb BB needs 400 grams of protein, and conventional wisdom says body can't absorb more than about 40 grams per meal, that means 10 meals a day. WTF? Do you mean 2 grams per kilogram bodyweight?
 
JibbyJabba is right...spread out the doses, at least 4 times per day.

Geoboy is right too...2g of protein per lb is WAy too much. 2g per kg is about right.

Conventional wisdom does not apply to A/S using/abusing athletes who are in a severely amplified state of protein synthesis.In such an accelerated state of functionality,we can exceed those parameters dramatically.Also,the addition of Ginger root will even further augment absorbability/uptake,so you can really make use of an enormous amount.

Jibby-That is exactly right.Var has a ten hour TOTAL activity frame,so it is best split up evenly every 5-6 hours to stabilize blood volumes.
 
No he means 2 grams per lb of bodyweight. You can absorb more than 40 grams ...use ginger root...var success is very dependent on super protein intake...
 
Conventional wisdom is relating to food protien, not partially digested whey protien from supplements.
 
I just wanted to take the time to hijack this thread and type the word "conventional"
