what would u recommend for a Pct for Var some ppl have said u dont need it some say use nolva just lookin for some opinions on what u guys think or have used it

you need PCT......just run nolva at 40mgs ed for the wirst week, then 20mgs for a couple more after that.

Yes you do need PCT, this is getting like the "can I drink winni threads". LOL
Var will shut you down, sometimes not much, sometmes more, but it will even at low doses, that is why they are now saying that bridging with it is not a good idea as you will still be "ON" in between cycles, by using it and not fully recover.
Guys who say the have kept their gains without using it, may have their hormones still high, check back with them after 6 months and see if they have still kept them.
