hey guys hows it going i was just wondering i am starting my first ever cycle after new years. i was just wondering i will be taking papevar 40md/day for 6-8 weeks my stats are 200lbs not much body fat 6 foot and i lift weights for 4 days a week and not much cardio. i have a high protein diet what would you expect my gains to be help a bro out thanks guys:fro:

Exactly. How often do we we see people post their cycles and ask what the gains they will make from taking x amount of this and y amount of that. Who the hell knows? Everybody reacts differently to AAS. AAS is just a tool. This is often overlooked by many. Proper diet, exercise and sleep are 90% of the gains you'll make. I've done cycles before where my diet was shit and my training was lacking. Needless to say, the gains were minimal.
 
When I did my first cycle a year ago, before I had barely read anything on these boards, I was on a diet!!! You can imagine the extent of my gains...cero. Now I know I was stupid. Honestly, do your homework before starting your first cycle. Listen to the people who has been around for long. What J.A. says is completely true and I wish someone had told me before: check your diet and your sleep before moving into AAS. Once you are 100% sure nutrition and rest are ok, only then you should consider moving into your Anavar cycle. Otherwise it will be a waste.

I read something by someone on this board which said something like: Gaining muscle is 55% nutrition, 15% training, 20% rest and 10% juice...at most. It may be exagerated, but it might not!
