When I did my first cycle a year ago, before I had barely read anything on these boards, I was on a diet!!! You can imagine the extent of my gains...cero. Now I know I was stupid. Honestly, do your homework before starting your first cycle. Listen to the people who has been around for long. What J.A. says is completely true and I wish someone had told me before: check your diet and your sleep before moving into AAS. Once you are 100% sure nutrition and rest are ok, only then you should consider moving into your Anavar cycle. Otherwise it will be a waste.
I read something by someone on this board which said something like: Gaining muscle is 55% nutrition, 15% training, 20% rest and 10% juice...at most. It may be exagerated, but it might not!
