I have a predicament. Its news years and I am on my second weeks of var at 30mg. I have abstained from alcohol so far but I don;t think i can since its news years and many people are gonna question what the hell I am on. I take many liver supps like 1000mg r-ala, Calcium d-glucarate, 1000mg N-Acetyl-Cystine, 1000mg of milk thistle, and other antioxidants. Is there a big chance that I could damage my liver if i had 5 drinks? I do not care about the fact that it will hamper gains because its only 12 hours and I am not shooting for the moon anyway. Please only respond if you are able to answer my question from a medical stand point. I don;t need people telling me drinking on cycles bad because it works against what your training for, etc, etc. I have seen enough of those posts. I know its counter productive but I will just add and extra few days at the end of the cycle. If i were to skip my var dosages tomorrow would this help? I realize its already in my blood but would it reduce the chance of damaging my liver?
