Var Enan EQ Deca

My training partner just got some Var, enan, Eq, & deca. He's curious as to how I recomend using it. So I thought I'd turn to you guys. Goals are to lean out for 10 weeks, then do a lean/bulker for 10, then just maintain/eliminate cycle water. He's kinda like me, in that he's wanting to lean out over all, but really out to lean out before he bulks. We're both around 14 & 16%. So, if you had the above listed, how would you advise using it? thanks....Fire

ill do this quick...sounds like you dont know what you are talking about and havnt done much research, i wouldnt mess with AS but you will anyway, just run the deca at 300mg a week and the test at 250-500mg a week for 10 weeks, then if you want to cut up after this cycle plus the 10 week off period run the EQ 400mg for 12 weeks for mass and the var ED for some definition with that mass...dont forget your PCT
 
sorry bout that, I was in a hurry. anyway.....it's got nothin to do with me. My question was already answered earlier today. But he would be on his third cycle. First one being 250 test and 20 dbol. Second being 500 test 30 dbol. I think he should lean out a little beforehand, but let me know your thoughts. He's 6'1" and 205 @ about 15 %. 10 + yr. training. bulk/cut cycle, 80% of that is diet and eating habits. Test and deca tend make people hold more water, making them look bigger and smoother compared to other drugs.

I would bulk first gettting your body use to higher amounts of protien each week and slowly clean up your eating habits. then run the cutter at the very end, by just cutting out the fats and lowering carbs down.

If it were me I would run the deca and enanthate first, working on gaining quality and thickening muscles. then really clean up diet and run the eq and var and shred the thickness.
 
That sounds good to me. I wish I could just be one of those guys that can bulk year round and never really add too much fat. But then again, I guess that's "The Dream"...Fire

Its not "the dream" its the diet.

Oh, and if i had those compounds (wait , i do...) I run it like this:
Week 1-11 Deca or EQ
Week 1-12 Test Enan
Week 5-14 Var (to harden shit up at the end)
This way, all compounds would clear at the end of Week 14, and you could immediately begin PCT a day or so after last Var dose. (Takes up to 3 weeks for Deca to clear, about 2 for Enanthate). Id get dbol and run it at the beginning for the 1st 4 weeks, though, if possible.
Solid cycle.
