My training partner just got some Var, enan, Eq, & deca. He's curious as to how I recomend using it. So I thought I'd turn to you guys. Goals are to lean out for 10 weeks, then do a lean/bulker for 10, then just maintain/eliminate cycle water. He's kinda like me, in that he's wanting to lean out over all, but really out to lean out before he bulks. We're both around 14 & 16%. So, if you had the above listed, how would you advise using it? thanks....Fire
