Anavar 40mg Day...

Take is all @ once?

when I ran anavar with winstrol, I split my dosages in 2: early AM and Mid-PM

I divide mine up and take it all through out the day. I would evenly space out 10mg, 4 times a day

For 40 mg a day I would probably break it into 4 doses of 10 mg each (every 3-4 hours or so...)

Split them up var has either a 8 or 9 hour half life.

The problem with orals is that they give highs and lows of the drug due to their short half lives. If I can, I would always split the doses up as much as possible to try and keep an even concentration in the blood.

I take it in 3 doses. One morning, mid-day, and night. I've never slept great, but var didn't make it any worse.

humm, if you have read all of the posts in this thread, then you would have known that my post was the 3rd about insomia and var in this thread...most people like to know all effects when talking about multiple dosing, guess you dont though, sorry to piss in your wheaties...

then one every 7 hours after that
