Var dosage split

If Var has a 1/2 life of 9 to 10 hours, how do you guys run a 60 mg's ED split....what times, or how many hours apart?

I'd take my var this way: in the morning as soon as I wake up, at 2-3PM, then at 7-8Pm right before training.

15 mg every 6 hours or 20mg 3 x a day with food.

I've done 30mg ed for 4 weeks and looking to do another var only

Slated how much did you gain on that var only cycle? What kind of var was it? I am planing to do either 25mg a day for 6 weeks or 35 mg a day for 5 weeks.

I did spa var at 25mg for 4 weeks and put on a very solid and lean 7-8 lbs while one a lean mass/cutting diet
