var cycle: what dose?

I am 6'2", 200 lbs, about 8% bf. I am 40 y.o. have been lifting for about 20 years. I have just recently started using gear.

I ran a 60-day cycle of QV var at 30mg ed (15mg 2x ed). Overlapping this was a 35-day cycle of QV stan, at 50mg ed (25mg 2x ed).

I definitely felt the effects of the stan and loved it. However, I didn't really notice anything from the var. The beginning and end of my cycle were both just the var alone, and I didn't really notice any changes in my strength going on and later going off the var.

My question is: is 30mg an effective dose? Should I have run more, say 50 mg ed to get sufficient effects? I see people raving about var on this board. What dose do you use / find effective?

I wouldn't go lower than 80mg.....That shit is meant for women bro so us neanderthals can go pretty high with the dosages. Make sure you take something to protect your liver! :Chef: :tuc:

I use 100mg/day of Var, and LOVE IT

Indy, do you notice the same results each time you use 100mg var, or have you had to increase your var dosage with new cycles to continue to see benefits? I guess I'm asking if you should begin your var cycles at a lower dose, so in case the effects of that dose wear off over time you can always increase the amount you take.

Na, pretty much the same each time. I started at 40mg, went to 60mg, then 80, then 100mg at 100 I saw what I wanted and kept it there that cycle and each subsequent since then.

Hard as hell, veins I had never seen before, some strength but mostly that rock hard chisled look. Blood drawn 4 weeks after the conclusion of a 10 week cycle of 100mg/day, and they were normal at 4 weeks out.

i've had great success with doses ranging form 40-60mg daily.

What's the point in that ?? I just want to make sure I recover, and at $200 bucks a pop, pre cycle, post cycle and now during cycle, it's abit much I think.

well, it would be interesting to see the effect it had on your lipid programs during the actual cycle.
 
stack var with a (6-8) D-bol cycle 2 wks. before end of oral cycle. Var takes the edge off-d-dol. Helps to cut the armositise of a d-bol cycle. Than very little PCT required. Var will also curb your appretiate and helps reduce the water retention from D-bol.

Oh I agree 100% it would be, I will gladly accept donations for next var cycle which is coming soon, and I will do all 3, pre-during-post :)

having read alot of your var posts, I'm appointing you EF var guru lol.

Have you had success gaining lbm on that dose var, or just dropping fat and hardening up with vascularity.
