I am 6'2", 200 lbs, about 8% bf. I am 40 y.o. have been lifting for about 20 years. I have just recently started using gear.
I ran a 60-day cycle of QV var at 30mg ed (15mg 2x ed). Overlapping this was a 35-day cycle of QV stan, at 50mg ed (25mg 2x ed).
I definitely felt the effects of the stan and loved it. However, I didn't really notice anything from the var. The beginning and end of my cycle were both just the var alone, and I didn't really notice any changes in my strength going on and later going off the var.
My question is: is 30mg an effective dose? Should I have run more, say 50 mg ed to get sufficient effects? I see people raving about var on this board. What dose do you use / find effective?
