Me being a fan of lower doses, would say sust250 for 8 or 10 weeks and the var 25-35 mg ED for 8 weeks. Have you done many cycles? I would not exceed 500mg wkly of sust, unless you are in some hard core training for competion, and dont forget anti-E's with higher doses of Test. For me, lower doses mean less side effects and easy recovery of my HPTA. With time and more cycles you may need Sust250EOD to get results you want. Some people will tell you never do less than 500mg of Sust per week. I have seen people who eat right and workout hard, make significant gains on Sust250 for 8-10 weeks. How many cycles have you done?
