anavar does not convert to estrogen so the only way that would happen is if you have fake anavar, which is a possibility considering it is often faked but real anavar would not cause that, no...

your var is fake for sure or you are having estrogen rebound from a previous cycle

run blood work asap to see what is going on

Anavar is DHT that does not aromatize into estrogen so side effect like gyno are impossible
