I am currently running Var 40mg ED. HOw much creatine should i be taking with this?

you shoud try the new creatine ethyl ester from afstore...it sounds awesome.

ya and cee is rather cheap too for the ammount of creatine you get.. i'd hit up that i have insane endurance from it and only been taking a month..
