There was a well controlled study conducted by Fawcett et al, in 1996 ,that showed no improvement in body composition or performance in weight training athletes. It was published by International Journal of Sport Nutrition ( 6:382-390)
The reason you get all swole up is because that shit is Rat Poison, your muscles are reacting to that garbage you are putting in your body. Just stick with the basics and leave the other bs alone, saves time and money.
