Valium 10mg

How long does it take to to get addicted to something like Valium? I am taking Clen and it has been keeping me up at night and I just happen to have a shit load of Valium 10mg. At first I only needed one to get to sleep, now 3 weeks later I need 4-6. Any suggestions???????????

in 2 weeks you can become addicted, accoridng to some website i was reading.

i use it sparingly, like every 3rd nite or whenever i need it, that way i can fall asleep with 10mg every time and not become addicted.
