validate pct products

I know there r various ways to validate test but r there any ways to make sure the hcg and clomid that I get are legit shit?
I have no choice but to use this guy that know for only a year or so n I just want to make sure I'm getting good pct stuff from him.
1 more thing, how would I know if I'm paying too much, I mean what shoul my max be for these? (If such a question is allowed)
