Vacation In Cozumel Mexico

I will be taking a cruise down to Cozumel Mexico soon and was wondering if I should have any hassle picking up some gear in town at any of the pharmacies. We are only pulling in for the day. Also, should I shop at certain pharmacies? I heard that some will turn you in after you make purchases. What do I look out for? We will also be doing tourist shopping around town also. Was in Cozmel last summer. You will have no problem getting gear at the pharmacies, but vets will be hard to find. Good Luck.
