I notice it says to take a serving like 30 minutes prior to training. Wouldn't you be better off taking this serving right after training with your PW shake? I would think taking it after training when your body is primed for nutrients would be more efficient then using it prior to training.

thoughts?
 
I think that is the "old-school" though, where you are supposed to take it before workout to have increased amounts of creatine floating around during your workout or something like that. I just divided my dose up into three (2/3 a scoop per) and took one in the morning, one before, and one after. That also concentrated it around the workout, which is probably better than taking half in the morning, when less will be taken in.
