Guys, I typically take 3-4 Purecee as well as 2mg Alcar every day.... would 6 caps of Red Blast be equivalent as far as those two are concerned? If I were to switch over to RB, I want to make sure that I'm not getting less Alcar & Purecee than I would normally if I took them separately

1 cap of Purecee + 2 ALCAR caps (instead of 4) + 6 Red Blast would give you a like amount of ALCAR and PURECEE
