USPS Suspicious Package Info

Hi guys,
The CDC is sending around advice about what to do with suspicious packages. USPS is telling people that the following criteria are suspicious. So you don't want your packages looking like this:
Some characteristics of suspicious packages and letters include the following¡K
„FƒnExcessive postage
„FƒnHandwritten or poorly typed addresses
„FƒnIncorrect titles
„FƒnTitle, but no name
„FƒnMisspellings of common words
„FƒnOily stains, discolorations or odor
„FƒnNo return address
„FƒnExcessive weight
„FƒnLopsided or uneven envelope
„FƒnProtruding wires or aluminum foil
„FƒnExcessive security material such as masking tape, string, etc.
„FƒnVisual distractions
„FƒnTicking sound
„FƒnMarked with restrictive endorsements, such as ¡§Personal¡¨ or ¡§Confidential¡¨
„FƒnShows a city or state in the postmark that does not match the return address

Yeah, I remember the good old days when this was not considered 'suspicious'. Those pesky terrorists are ruining everything.

OK that's probably about 50% of the packages. And the other 50% are normal but could still have Anthrax in them.
Plus thats just a list of what not to do for the terrosist.
