Yes one can BUT why, if your goal is to tone up, alcohol decreases protein synthesis big time, increases estrogen and lowers testosterone...

I'm not a drinker at all. In fact, I've never even tasted booze my entire life.

I just steer clear completely. I don't need to get blitzed to enjoy myself.

So, if you ever ask me, I will always say don't drink.

Being Irish I will always say drink. I agree, unless you're doing this professionally then you still have to live a little. Once a week aint gonna kill the guy. It's all about balance in my mind.
