Here is Friday's update. (About 12 days).
Cardio is actually getting easier compared to the first week. I thought, judging by the first week, that I would'nt be able to do any cardio by now. Im still sweating like a pig though, and I feel down right sick once about 7:00pm hits. Starting weight was 195.5. Todays (Friday) was 184. Keep in mind, this is with water/carb depletion, although I do look pretty bloated. Next week, Im going to add some Taraxatone I have laying around to see if that helps. I still use a relatively small dose: I bumped it up to 600mg daily for these last 2 days. I figure in another 2 weeks, I will have easily met my goal of 15 pounds of FAT loss, water excluded.
