Using YES and trex with high BF????

I haven't worked out in about 2 years.....My girl and i broke up and since then my life went all to shits...I got lazy...started abusing drugs and quit working out....Im not totally fat but im alot more fat than id like to be...Ive started lifting again...I used to be about 6'5" at 230 at 12 percent BF and i liked that...Now im
230 pounds and when i did the hand held body fat deal it said 16 percent but i would guess 20 percent BF...its mostly my upperbody like stomach area...maybe a little inside arms....Anyways all the testimonials im reading using YES and trex are guys with 7 to 12 percent BF.... So would it be useless for me to use YES and trex with my 20 percent BF??? of course my diet and work outs will be in check.... the only thing is i work 12 hours a day atleast out in the oilfield but that will only be until about march or so. And in feb i planned on test eq cycle for next summer but i wanted to see if this would help lean me out first.... Anyways any input would be appreciated thanks....

Look man, I would suggest that before using any exogenous aids in losing wait, I suggest you fix that diet and your work out routine. Then wai until you drop maybe 5% back to 15% then use T-rex. That is my opinion. I think its pretty easy to go from 20-15%. If you are struggling though, by all means use t-rex and YES, but use them both with discretion

yes. it is. But your cynicism is a TAD unjustified.

if you do a search of his posts you will find that he was asking earlier for someone that he referred to use yohimburn whether it would help with saggin skin from fat loss, which unfortunately it will only have minimal impact on. There are some suggestions on how to deal with it, posted by yours truly .

as a note- you will find a lot of people that use stacks from AF, because the products are to a great extent designed to be stackable, each being a part of the metabolic puzzle. Not everyone needs all the puzzle peices, some need a couple, some need few or none (the genetically gifted). though even the gifted can gain from enhancement.


though understand your skepticism, its unfortunate that in many cases it is actually justified. In this case would have to say its not.

Yohimburn ES, really depends on your fat pattern... if its highly estrogenic then any bodyfat is suitable. if not then you might want to hold off until stubborn fat becomes more apparent.



when it comes to yohimburn and results, when stubborn fat is predominant results are always going to be better (since with less bodyfat stores there is less available fuel, so more of the fuel made available by yohimburn will be utilized). though that being said it "works" at any bodyfat. Results wise, unless your are alpha2 laden (estrogenic fat pattern), lower bodyfats will tend to produce more discernable results.
