Using TOO MUCH Ala?

You hear guys taking 3g+ of ala per day frequently. Are they just wasting the product using such a high dose?

Sometimes more the merrier ain't the best solution. How much is optimum for best results? or is there no limit? It feels like if I were to use 3g of this stuff, I'd be pissing it out and wasting my money.

Any help would be appreciated!
 
Im taking 1800mg 3 times a day...Cant cycle right now so its not a waste..Only thing that keeps me in ketosis
 
From all of the posts I have been reading, it averages out to approx. 10mg of ALA for every 1g of carbs consumed. Althought I'm not sure if there is a threshold dosage that needs to be met on a per meal basis to elicit the desired response of megadosing ALA. For Example, will taking 500mg of ALA at a meal in which 50g of carbs are consumed give the same results as 1g taken with the 50g of carbs. Basically what I've been seeing is that bro's are taking 1-1.5g of ALA with carb meals but they are only getting 3 large meals in a day that contain carbs, if you spread out your carb intake and took lower dosages of ALA would you get similar results? I'd like to hear some opnions on this if anyone has any.
