Hello all
Well it's the new year and I think I would like to cut some fat. Yes I know just cut off my head right. Well I have been looking into using T3 along with other AAS to prevent catabolism of muscle tissue. Everything I have read says that one should taper up and down on the T3. But nothing I have found says why. I wonder if this is one of those "well that's just how it's done" type of things or is there a good reason for the taper?
Does anybody know why people say to taper T3?
Also I remember reading in one of Bill Philips books about what happens when one goes on a caloric restricted diet. For the first two weeks your body uses more fat then muscle. After two weeks your metabolism starts to slow and both muscle and fat are used. This article recommended doing just two weeks of a caloric restricted diet and then eat normally again for about a month. Then two weeks of caloric restriction and then eat clean again. Has anybody tried this cycling of food to reduce weight without losing muscle. If so what do you think of it.
I know a lot of people use glen with T3 but I'm an old guy, 53, and my heart has been through way more then the average guy's so I don't want to drop dead for wanting to drop a few pounds.
So the bottom line is why do people say to taper up and down with T3 and has anybody used food cycling to control weight lose?
I have searched the net about T3 and there isn't much except people advocating tapering but not any reason why. Also I have seen posts of people saying to use var with T3. Well I have some but I was going to use test and tren with the T3. I haven't worked out the dosages yet but that's the rough plan.
