Using pure oxygen after cardio or during

Anyone know what the bennifits if any of using pure oxygen during and after
working out . I came across a couple of oxygen tanks with breathing mask
just curious of extra benifits.

Not sure but its supposed to have many health benefits, I know its the only instant hangover cure.

I've been experimenting with an ozone (O3) generator that a friend has at his home as part of his detox and healing arts therapy. He tells me that it can be used to treat many illnesses and as an aid to healing but the health care industry isn't interested in using or developing it as there's no money to be made from it. From what I've read the pharmaceutical companies have actually been trying to play its benefitys down which to me is a sure sign that there's definitely more to it. The ozone is pumped into a one man tent which has UV panels inside with your head sticking out of a hole in the top. I'm not going to say too much because I want to make a thread about the changes its had on me but I do strongly recommend trying a session.

None; your blood only has so much oxygen carrying capacity, via hemoglobin. You can't "super-saturate" it, regardless of what oxygen-bar owners tell you. It's one of the biggest scams out there, paying for air.

Now blood doping, that's a completely different issue....
 
I sure could of used some last night. I couldn't cum and had to go for a long time. My heart rate was up for over an hour.
 
It only helps you while you're actually using it. Think about it....is the stinky air you inhaled 2 days ago still bothering you? newp!
