using no AI, still no gyno

is it possible to not get any symptoms of gyno, no puff, no soreness, etc.....even if you go weeks into a cycle without using any AI? for example, a cycle of 500 test e and 400 eq, winny/masteron at the end. test e will be the main aromatizer right....maybe not enough to make a difference?

then again, how else would you know if your estrogen levels are too high? besides bloat/water retention, which fluctuates between night/day.....

ais throughout cycles used to supposedly "hinder gains" so people wouldnt do it.. it all comes down to the individual.. if your gyno prone.. a few guys i know run heavy test/deca/dbol cycles.. pretty much never come off.. and they dont run AI's..

BUT, 2 weeks ago one of them came to me.. askin wtf these lumps in his chest were.. haha.. i gave him some letro and nolva and squashed it in 5 days..

i used to be able to cycle without ai's, but this last cycle gave me some gyno so I will run ai's from now on.

I used to use AI's. After several cycles I realized I don't need them. I have Arimidex on hand just in case.
