using GH alone, worth it?

looking to use gh just to increase my recuperative abilities, not muscle gain. how should i cycle it. I was gonna do 4 iu's , 5 on 2 off for a month, just so insulin rec dont get screwed up. I dont want use insulin or t3 with it, "too much to worry an think about an just too many drugs.
 
why spend so much $$$, if you dont plan on taking full benefits the drug has to offer? if all you are interested is improving your recuperation then just get some glutamine and use 30g/ed. if you are going to use gh then your should sure as hell through in some solid dose of test and insuline. other then that save your hard earned $$$ for something else.
 
To make a long (very long) story short, GH is very anabolic, but not very anti-catabolic (as are "anabolic" steroids"). That being said, it would be a huge waste of money and time to do GH alone.

I have been doing GH alone for about 6 weeks now. with a vacation break in between. Well last week I ran into some friends I had not seen in a couple of months and they both told me that I looked really lean and big. I know that GH alon has leaned me out as well as maintaining my same weight. Granted it is not extreme but slowly and surely I have been loosing fat. I used the GH when I came off of a winstrol cycle and I just started T-400 on Tuesday, I am going to throw in some fina and alos Arimidex.

My GH doses were started at 1.5iu(m-f) and then increasing them weekly up to 4iu. you will see results but nothing that AS can't do for you. I will know see if adding the AS will increase my lean muscle mass while dieting.
 
gh alone will make you lose fat and have better recuperation and maybe even some gains in muscle mass...


but f course the best thing is to stack with AS

Well, the older you are the *less* of a waste it would be. I mean to a 40 or 50 or 60 year old, gh only would be awesome, but for someone in their teens, 20's or maybe even 30's, I would have to agree that it probably wouldn't be beneficial.
 
it is VERY beneficial for fat loss and strenght gains I can tell you this
