Using clomid and HCG during cycle?

I read "Designing a perfect cycle" from serge. It said that you should use clomid and HCG during the cycle and only clomid after the cycle.

Please help me whit my cycle.
I have bought this gear:

Testex (cypionate) 250 mg: 12 st
Thai-Dianabol: 250 st
HCG: 5000 I.U 2 st
Clomid: 20 st
Insulin: 300 ui
Nolvadex: 30 st

Do I need more clomid and HCG to use during the cycle?
This would be me third cycle. I have used sustanon, deca, winestrol and dianabol before.
